So when it comes to this topic, which is about the most special and memorable vacation that I used to have in the past, the first one that just pops up in my mind at the moment is a trip to another province with my group of friends. To be honest, that was not the first time that I travelled, but it was the first time after a long time stuck at home due to the long-lasting covid-19. Maybe it was just 4 months ago, when the situation in Vietnam, I mean the widespread in the community was minimised significantly. As a result, I totally had waited for this trip with all my eager anticipation.
At first, I had no idea about what was going on outside because I was too bored. Then, after a few minutes of surfing on Facebook, there was a rumour about lockdown removal. I was really excited about it. In fact, I did not believe that it happened because I had been at home for too long. I would call myself an avid traveller; as a result, I get itchy feet all the time when I just moved around the only the house area. Although I did not trust it at all, my friends and I still started to search for a place to travel and we decided to go to Da Lat, an attractive destination for most young people in Vietnam. And luckily, when after a few days, one fan page on Facebook announced that there was a music festival with my idol there. Therefore, I was pretty sure that that rumour was true.
So, that day came, the lockdown was finally removed in the whole country, all people were really happy that we finally could go out to enjoy the air. My group of friends and I booked tickets right away that night since I had waited for this concert for so long and I would not let anything can stop me, even my mom - the people that I am scared of the most. Although the price cost a fortune because we booked hurriedly, I believe it was still worth it. Just because of the fact that not all time I could see a celebrity, especially my idol, in person, I had to take this advantage whenever I could. The travelling came, we spent three first days going to our favourite places. Despite the familiar feeling that I had tried before, it was still a blast since I really missed them. Finally, on the last day, we prepared and enjoyed the whole night at the concert. Everything was outstanding, from the romantic view, full buffet line and also the music. The thing that I really love is that I was the one winning the special prize that I could come to the stage and talk to my idol. Standing so close like that made me feel really excited. It would be an unforgettable day in my life that I would never regret paying a visit there that time.
In summary, it was a special memory that I believe I will not forget. I hope that I will have more trips before I study abroad in July since I will miss Vietnam so much.
