So when it comes to this topic, which is about an impressive person that I met when I was in primary school, I can not hold myself to share with you about one of my best friends. We have known each other since I was in grade 1, so that means we have a fourteen-year relationship, and we are about to be together in the next year, which is the fifteenth one. It is pretty long, isn’t it? In fact, he is waiting for me outside and we will hang out together after answering this question for you.
So back to the topic. The reason why I was impressed was his kindness. I still remember vividly this one time when I was a kid, like everyone else, I always felt shy with other people and tried to shy away from all the conversations, even the teachers. However, it was lovely that he tried to make friends with me although I had avoided him many times before. I was actually struck by all his efforts of him, and he became my very first best friend.
Then, I was also struck by his great leadership. I was really surprised and wondered if he was born to be a leader. He was the captain of my class for 5 years. I really admired his bravery since no one wanted to take that challenging role. But he still did really well, actually. Unlike other students who just told the teacher to help when getting into trouble, he always managed to resolve many fights our classmates would have without help from the teacher. It was really cool, wasn’t it?
So yeah, I feel so lucky that I have a friend like him. If I can, I would love to be together with him in the next fifteen years, or even to the end of my life, I hope so.
