Annyeong and hello everyone! So I actually surprised myself when I scrolled my way through the channel and I didn't see any discussion regarding favorite K-Pop groups -- so I decided to put an end to the wait and start a discussion about it.
Since there are an endless number of K-Pop groups, you would assume it's hard to decide which of them are your favorite -- but usually it's something that sets them apart from the rest. Maybe it's their music, style, members or the way they hold themselves.
But I already know which are my favorite, so I might as well tell you...
Okay, so I am going to list my number favorites for both boy groups and girl groups and then 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place respectively. Without further ado, let's begin!
Boy Groups
1. My favorite K-Pop group of all time, is without a doubt none other than -- BigBang. These boys have been number one for me since I began listening to K-Pop in 2010, I find it hard to say anything negative about them -- they are just the best. It's not just the band itself, but the members within it.
- Taeyang has the most soulful voice I have ever heard, not to mention he's also a swag monster and for some reason half the time he has no shirt on... not that I'm complaining :)
- G-Dragon is really cool, his lyrical genius is apparent in all of his songs and he always makes a fashion statement.
- Daesung is the brightest and happiest man in the K-Pop world and this is no understatement, he looks like an angel and he sings like one too -- he isn't called "Smiling Angel" for no reason.
- T.O.P is by far measure one of the most handsome men in Korea, he really is. He is known for his acting skills and I actually really enjoy his films especially "Commitment".
- Seungri is the youngest member and he's such a cutie, yet he seems like the leader -- always taking charge of the group and speaking for them.
They recently made a comeback with their MADE series which was the release of two singles every month for four months -- and I thought it was absolutely fantastic, probably the best comeback in the history of K-Pop. Because it was unheard of to release eight single track in four months -- with music video's as well, just unbelievable. Also, these songs weren't rushed, they with time and heart and most are some of the best songs I have heard this year.
BigBang is my favorite group, full-stop, end-of-story, finished.

Girl Groups
1. I actually found it quite hard to decide on my girl groups, but I reached a conclusion and my favorite group would have to be -- f(x). These girls slay my world, they are all so beautiful and talented and I love their style of music, they are amazing.
I believe it was the "Electric Shock" era in which I started following them, and from the moment I heard their song... I fell in love, it was my favorite song for a long time. In 2013 they released a new track called "Rum Pum Pum Pum" and I fell in love with that too. The album was called, "Pink Tape", and it was actually my favorite album for the year -- I loved every song on it.
f(x) has always been consistent and have released really fun and energetic songs to date, even recently Amber made her solo debut and it was astounding. Although I'm sure that most of you have heard the recent news of Sulli's departure from f(x) which is a real shame... but I wish her all the best in her future endeavors and she will always be a member of f(x) in my heart.
I love f(x) and Victoria-umma is my favorite ~ ♡
