     1. Meaning:

• “so” và “such” đều có làm cho ý nghĩa của tính từ và trạng từ mạnh hơn

           VD: It’s a beautiful day, isn’t it? It’s so warm.

                  He’s hard to understand because she speaks so quickly.

                  We enjoy our holiday. We had such a good time.

• Ta có thể dùng “so” và “such” với ý nghĩa “like this” (như thế, như vậy)

I was surprised to find out that the house was built 100 years ago. I didn’t realize it was so old.	I didn’t realize it was such an old house.
