* talk about your daily activities: Hi everyone. Today I would like to share with you my typical day.I usually get up at 5:35 in the morning. After washing my face and brushing my teeth, I do morning exercises for fifteen minutes. Then I have breakfast with Mum and Dad at 6:15 and leave home for school at 6:30. My classes start at 7:00 and end at 11:15. After that I go home, and have lunch with my family at 12:00. After lunch I usually have a short rest. In the afternoon, I study my lessons, read books, and do homework from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. I often play badminton with my friends on the ground at 4:30. I come back home and have dinner at 6:00 p.m. After dinner, I often watch the news on TV for thirty minutes. Then I prepare for the new lessons and go to bed at 10:20 p.m.That’s all about my typical day. Thank you so much for listening!

Hi! Everybody. What kinds of foods do you like? My favourite food is Pho. Pho is the most popular food among the population and it plays an importance thing in the spirit of Vietnamese people, especially the people who live in Ha Noi. Anyone feels hungry in a short time in the morning can also
enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho to fill their empty stomach. Have many Pho but there are two main kind of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. The ingredients of Pho are rice noodles and borth which is generally made by simmering bones, flanlsteak charred onion and spices, it takes several hours to prepare. When people eat Pho they can add some kind of thing such as chilli, peper,"dam"...I love Pho very much I can eat it everyday without boring. I'm sure that you do it, too. Wherever in Vietnam Pho is special food.
* talk about your favorite drink: Vietnam is a tropical country. So there are many kinds of foods and drinks to choose. I like all kinds of fruits such as avocado, mango, orange, apple, etc. But the drink I love most is avocado smoothie. My favorite sport is playing badminton. There are four reasons why I like it. Firstly, I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Secondly, I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it. Thirdly, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with many kinds of persons. We can improve our skills with exercises. Also we talk about many interesting things when we have an break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball and soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt.
