In the era of globalization and international integration, we cannot deny that technology plays an important role in our lives because it affects human life in various ways such as studying, leisure activities,... Therefore people have many types of entertainment which they can do, especially for teenagers. In recent years, more and more teenagers are using their phones to entertain by playing games, listening to music, and so on after a hard-working time. However, they do not know how to relax their minds correctly instead of sinking in the phone's display. In my opinion, a good way to entertain is relaxing with some songs you love or take some exercises to release the anxious hormone.
First, I would like to say that music can be your remedy whenever you feel tired or need some space for yourself because it can help you to feel comfortable, and you can practice being better for your voice. For example, I often play an interesting playlist to enjoy when my mood is down, and I can sing along with the singer to practice my voice.
Secondly, when you feel not good after a difficult situation, you can take a little exercise to make your body feel better by releasing some toxic substances or negative thoughts. Doing some exercises can help you be fit to wear any clothes you like instead of dreaming of a slim body. Your health can be improved better and it seems hard for you to get diseases like flu or fever because your immune system has enhanced.
To sum up, I think people can take another way in their free time in place of looking at the mobile phone as usual. Moreover, there are many activities that teenagers can do when they have leisure time.
