1.My Dream House
House is the place to stay together with part of our family. A good house is the house that makes the dweller fells so comfortable. My dream house is the house that has complete facility and wide garden. I want to try my best to get my dream house in my future later on.
Actually, my dream house is so simple to make if I have a lot of money. Because I ‘m Balinese, I will build my house use Bali style because I am proud as Balinese, it means I respect Bali culture as my culture. In the first floor of my house I want to have six bedrooms, one bedroom for my parents, one bedroom for me, and the other bedroom for my children later on. In every bedroom I want to have complete furniture and facilities such as there are bathrooms, table, chair, television, etc. In every bathroom there are complete facilities such as shower, the thing that use to organize temperature of the water so that I enjoy when take a bath. In the kitchen of my house I want to have complete facilities such as refrigerator to put the foods, vegetable, meat, eggs, cold drink, etc, the stove to cook everyday and the other facility.
In the second floor of my house I will make a big living room, the purpose just as a place together with part of my family. In every side of the second floor there are many windows, the purpose just so that I can enjoy the view from the second floor. In the right side of my house I will make a wide garden filled with complete kind of fruits. Behind of my house I will make swimming pool and small football yard. Because my hobby is playing football I will use that yard to play football together with my friends after work, my life cannot be separated from football. If we already get a lot of sweet we will swim together. Have you ever imagined to have your dream house? I think you will enjoy your daily activity at home and that is like heaven of world. I know to make my dream house will not be easy for me because it needs a lot of money , to get a lot of money the first thing that should I do is I must be successful. I want to make my family, friends, and the other that I love proud to me.
“Home sweet home” is a word that really could express your feeling to have such a great house. My dream house is the house that makes me and my family feels comfortable; enjoy the situation, and safe. Although just small house it can be my dream house for me because the most important things for me is togetherness with part of my family. Luxury house is not always comfortable for me.
2.My dream home would be on the ocean, well not on the ocean but beside it with a white sandy beach. The house would be an A frame backed against a hill. The upper floor would be a half floor master bedroom with a kingsize water bed and ensuite with a hot tub and sauna. The front wall would be glass with a stairway coming up to the bedroom. On cloudy nights you could watch the floresents in the waves coming into the beach while you went to sleep. Other nights you could counting the stars in the western sky.
On the main floor would be the kitchen-dining room combination, with all the newest appliances and an island in the middle of the kitchen with the stove top and hanging pots and pans over it. The sink would be under one of the windows. Under the other window would be the nook for family meals. Between the kitchen windows, which look out to the field where the horses would be enjoying the warm weather are the cupboards. The dining room would have a six chair pine table set and hutch china cabnet. There will also be a three piece bathroom off the kitchen. The living room is in the front with the big front window. The fireplace is on the side wall with small long windows overlooking the driveway to the road a half mile away. The three piece sectional is perfectly positioned to watch the sunset into the western sea. The basement has the laundry room at the back with sewing machine for mending before folding and taking clothes upstairs. Half of the front of the basement is a guest bedroom with ensuite and small fridge and two element stove. The computer room is also at the front of the basement. Both have views of the beach and sea. Opposite the laundry room is my husband's workshop. I don't know what he has in there as it is his domain. In the garage at the side of the house is our wine colored 94 Toyota Crasada and my husband's hog. We often ride the bike along the beach on warm evenings to visit friends.
3.My dream home would be either a four floor Victorian style house or a three story Plantation home, both set in the beautiful, rural neighborhood of Savannah, Georgia. I dream of having several acres in which my home would be set, surrounded by luscious Weeping Willows, Cherry Blossom or Dogwood trees. I picture myself driving up a long, winding driveway to this beautiful home in either Cornflower Blue with lace trimming, or snow-white with navy blue shutters. Imagine sitting down on a plush wicker couch in my outdoor living room, surrounded by my personally-tended garden herbs and flowers, and watching the candle light flickering above on a shelf above the table. The outdoor barbeque would be large enough to grill for a small army. This dream home would have a state-of-the-art theater system, game room, library, office, workshop for my husband’s crafts and my painting, and the standard living room, dining room and advanced kitchen where my husband and I can bake wonderful desserts with our children. I would like to hope that there are enough bedrooms for my husband and I, our three to five children, guest rooms and spare rooms where we can display our nautical, Wicca, and Medieval collections. Naturally, my husband and I would also like to have walk-in closets where our clothes, shoes and accessories could be stored away neatly and be accessible.
My husband and I are very interested in entertaining and would like to have people over on a regular basis so a house that is open, accessible to all types of people, and set up as an “event” house would be ideal. It would be the place where our children bring all their friends’ over to hang out and where all the sleepovers and birthday parties happen. Our backyard would also be the place where parties happen: it would be beautifully landscaped with trees, flowers, an herb patch and a pool with hot tub. There would be a stone path winding its way through the yard, so an outdoor wedding or ceremony of any sort would be just breathtaking. I can also imagine a playhouse for the kids set off in the corner, set up like their own little house where they can play and learn. Perhaps a tree house for the boys, and a garden tea party set up for the girls.
This is of course just a dream. I will be very happy living in any house, anywhere, with my husband and children where we can have fun and be a happy, healthy family. That would truly be a dream.
3.My dream house would be a large cottage in the mountains on a peak overlooking a river below where you can see the sun rise from one side and set on the other so that I could watch the color splash across the sky at the beginning and end of each day. The cottage would be brown brick to lend it charming rustic look. It would have five bedrooms, each decorated according to each of my children’s likes, as well as a beautiful living room with hardwood floors, a white stone fireplace with a white stone step up to it. There would be a rustic wrought iron set of fireplace tools and a White trimmed, stained glass screen in front. The walls would be a deep blue of the ocean and there would be recesses cams in the ceiling as well as a ceiling fan with a light kit on it in the center of the room. There would be dimmers on all lights to give the affect of the ocean. There would be small trees in each corner for a peaceful and serenity feeling. There would be tan leather furniture. A sectional couch with recliners built in on each end, a large oak colored coffee table in front of the couch, a small end table on each end to match the coffee table. There would be two white leather, over stuffed recliners on the outer sides of the couch and a large flat, wide screen T.V. on the wall above the fireplace. The dinning room would be deep red with a mahogany colored table with a leaf design on the outside edges around the table and high backed chairs. The floor would be a deep tan ceramic tile and there would be a crystal chandelier over the center of the table. There would be a beautiful mahogany china cabinet on the wall going into the living room. The kitchen would have solid oak cabinets the color of mahogany. There would be an abundance of cabinets in a u-shape with a black glass top stove, black microwave hood over it, and black dishwasher beside the deep sink. There would be a center aisle with a small sink in the middle and a gold trimmed glass hanging organizer for wine bottles and wine glasses over it. The kitchen countertops would be black marble, with built in appliances that fold under the counters at the touch of a button when not in use.
Outside the back of the house would be a small pond with trees on the far side hanging over the pond and a rope swing coming off the biggest, and a five foot fence around the whole to keep children out when no adults are present. There would be a large play ground up closest to the back of the house with a large wooden swing, ball pits, a space walk and a obstacle course. There would be fruit trees and a large brick wall around the entire property.
